Company
Overview
Founded in the 1960s
Company Origins
The company was established in the 1960s in Montana, marking the beginning of its utility infrastructure development in the region.
$10+ million annually
Annual Revenue
The company generates steady annual revenue in the low tens of millions, reflecting its consistent growth and operational stability.
The team delivers end‑to‑end utility infrastructure: electric transmission and distribution, gas pipelines, substations, fiber‑optic and telecom networks.
They self‑perform specialty services like directional drilling, cable plowing, foundations and hydroexcavation for precision and safety.
Licensed across a dozen western states, their footprint spans Montana and neighboring Rocky Mountain states like North Dakota, Idaho, Utah, Colorado and Washington.
A standout: backed by Everus’s national resources yet rooted in local markets, they blend financial support with small‑town responsiveness.
Typical projects range from rural substation builds to long‑haul fiber broadband corridors and gas pipeline expansions.
Unusual fact: their workforce integrates union IBEW crews with non‑bargaining personnel to deliver both scale and flexibility.
