Schedule meetings and support visitors relating to New Systems as directed.
Perform weekly Rental equipment tracking and reporting to the PM team.
Complete setting up new projects in ERP (Spectrum), including contract amount and estimated costs.
In collaboration with project manager and sales, facilitate job turn-ins with inclusions of estimation build, purchase order or contract, lien documentation, licensing, permits, tax exempt certs., and tax rates for projects.
Prepare Bi-Monthly Cost Activity Review Report for PM CTC updates.
Perform weekly payroll pre-time approval verification in Spectrum for Superintendent final approval.
Per direction and request of project manager & foremen, assist in ordering materials, rental equipment, etc.
Assist PM with PO and Invoicing reconciliation prior to CTC execution.
Assist PM in monitoring major project milestones including, but not limited to, contract execution, design finalization, mobilization, start-up, completion, retention billing, and payments.
Perform weekly field schedule reporting and reconciliation of hours worked.
Per direction and request of project manager, assist in setup of vendors and subcontractors as required for in and out-of-town projects.
On a routine basis, meet with the project management team to discuss projected costs and potential change orders.
Collect and communicate cross-departmental information pertaining to all phases of ongoing New Systems projects from conception to completion.
