The Retail Territory Manager (Remote) will own a territory of Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts, planning and executing daily retail visits. This role reports to Lazarus team and relies on data from SalesForce, Power BI and ShowPad to design efficient customer routes and meet sales targets.
Key duties include driving top‑line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals, partnering with store and district managers to align strategies, and analyzing store‑level performance to create customized sales plans. The manager will also coordinate inventory and promotional activities with the Sales Operations team, execute national and local event activations, and build strong relationships with professional end‑users through job‑site visits, product training and seeding.
Ideal candidates have 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in the consumer‑goods industry, are willing to travel regionally and work occasional weekends, and can lift up to 50 lb while performing ladder work. They must be proficient in Power BI, SalesForce and Microsoft Office, understand IT business systems, and pass a drug test and motor‑vehicle record check.
