Manage project staffing, resource utilization, and staff development.
Work with industry leaders
Collaborate with other teams across EPE to strategize on common projects, market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for EPE's energy market analysis services.
Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including clients, industry organizations, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Lead the Energy Market Analysis team fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Conduct market forecasts, simulations and analyses of schedules, prices, congestion and production costs
Conduct research in an effective way, both independently and as part of a team.

8-10 years of experience in the electric energy industry, with expertise in techno-economic market analysis.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Significant experience in market modeling and simulation through security constraint economic dispatch tools like PROMOD, PLEXOS, UPLAN.
Some experience in market analysis, operation, design, financial modeling and financing, contract negotiation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or related field.
Excellent communication skills and technological aptitude.
Strong background in market optimization and market structures (PJM, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, CAISO, IESO, AESO).
Significant experience in addressing strategic, economic and regulatory issues in the energy sector.
