Demonstrated track record of managing research projects and designing/delivering L&D solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
Comfort interfacing with all client organization levels and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical L&D, research, benchmarking, or solution design; experience in a research or advisory setting preferred.
Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and research databases.
Experience in survey design/implementation, benchmarking analysis, and translating research into client solutions.
Bachelor’s degree required; areas of focus such as Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, Computer Science/ Systems or Learning Technology or related field.
