As a Senior RAG Engineer, you will advance an enterprise AI‑driven documentation platform, blending software engineering, machine learning, and enterprise application development, and work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver production‑grade retrieval and generation systems that impact hundreds of users.
- Design, develop, and optimize full‑stack RAG applications for high‑accuracy retrieval and generation.
- Build and maintain reliable APIs and microservices with monitoring and logging.
- Implement vector databases and semantic search, fine‑tuning retrieval for precision and recall.
- Optimize chunking, embeddings, and retrieval parameters for professional services content.
- Evaluate LLM architectures and manage prompt‑engineering frameworks to improve response quality.
- Create ETL pipelines and integrate with document management, CRM, and engagement systems.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance through role‑based access, encryption, audit logging, and confidentiality controls.
- Collaborate with engagement, data science, and ML teams while mentoring junior engineers.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI/ML technologies and assess their enterprise applicability.
