- Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions based on our designs and facades
- Managing high volume queries, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations, and
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers and local community providers.

- Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
- Proven experience in building relationships in a remote environment
- Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities
- Must be able to respond to phone/web inquiry quickly and qualify and develop relationships initially over the phone, with the ability to move seamlessly to face to face
- CRM proficiency and skills required
- Ability to attentively listen to understand the needs of the lead / client
- Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
- Residential sales is preferred but experience within a target driven sales environment is essential
- The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process an advantage
