Solid knowledge of NZ H&S legislation with a proven ability to reinforce safe behaviours and lead by example on site.
Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or equivalent.
Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and cross-disciplinary coordination across multiple work fronts.
Adaptable, resilient, and proactive under pressure, with good attention to detail and time management.
Culturally respectful and committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
Familiar with project controls, QA/QC systems, and digital tools such as Aconex and MS Project.
Experience in civil construction with a strong focus on structural delivery, including bridges, piling, and precast elements.
