Routinely be requested by repeat customers to manage projects.
Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders in accordance with Bobbitt standards.
Assist and collaborate with the Preconstruction Team for constructability and budget reviews.
Travel to various job site locations as needed.
Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports to owners and architects; make recommendations for necessary modifications.
Develop schedules and cost-effective plans for completion of any assigned project during Preconstruction and Construction.
Be involved in the Sales process and attend RFQ’s Interviews and Owner meetings.
Is routinely requested by repeat customers to manager their project.
Accompany the Sales Team on sales interviews as needed.
Run efficient Owner Architect Client meetings.
Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate.
Assist with Bobbitt Project Close-out Process.
Develop a cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project.
Collaborate with architect, engineer, attorney, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure specifications, zoning requirements, and other regulations are met.
Responsible for accurate cost management and CTC reporting.
