Office Support Administrator II
Garver
Garver provides engineering services for infrastructure, water, and energy projects across the U.S.
Provides admin support, project management, event planning, and office coordination.
Scans and sends documents to clients, sub-consultants, and other Garver offices.
Operate standard office equipment (printing, scanning, faxing, copying, etc.)
Orders, check ins, and distributes general office supplies (coffee, vending, break room, restroom, mailroom, etc.).
Drives and champions Garver culture initiatives/Garver Ambassador.
Prepares expense reports.
Scans documents to electronic files.
Assists with fleet vehicle tag renewals.
Problem-solve and assist team(s) as needed
Maintains calendars for staff, conference rooms, vehicles, etc.
Ensures cleanliness of all office areas (outside of janitorial services).
Coordinates meetings and lunch and learns (meals, venue, AV, etc.).
Assists with agendas and meeting minutes, and attend meetings as needed.
Plans, coordinates, executes, facilitates, and cleans up office events (holiday party, summer picnic, retirements, morale, etc.).
Generates simple documents such as letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Generates weekly Office newsletter.
Assists with travel arrangements.
Provides dedicated administrative support to the ROA, including agenda generation for leadership meetings, coordinating office planning efforts, project management and coordination, and other administrative tasks.
