Tasks

-Encouraging and collaborative team environment. -Demonstrate and train customers how to use their equipment properly. -Keep track of your service calls via computer, including products serviced, work performed, hours, and parts utilized. -Keep your manager in the loop about your customer's satisfaction, any potential sales opportunities, or any recurring problems. -Maintain an accurate parts inventory at levels that ensure a first-time fix. -Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on retail products and equipment at customer sites.

What You Bring

-Completed basic Video training and certification -Must have a valid driver’s license -Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs. -Must be capable of working independently or as a team -Able to read and interpret blueprints and Scope documents -TRS - Networking 101 -Associate degree in Electronics and/or Networking, or technical military equivalent required. -Working Knowledge of MS Office and basic PC skills. -Ability to travel and work overtime as needed. -Excellent written and oral skills -Certified in all Video & RFID solutions currently sold and serviced by Retail – preferred -Networking Fundamentals Part One: Network Addresses -Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently. -Ability to perform service on more complete integrated solutions -Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. -Must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools. -Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly. -3 years of prior work experience in a related field. -Network Certification - Full competency in all required networking, advanced performance -General knowledge of electronics required. -Willing to obtain or have a Provincial License as required. (Provincial Dependent) -Networking Fundamentals
