- Take ownership and see customer requests through from start to finish
- Provide support for our award-winning products including Book a Bay, Wilson One and Epark
- Accurately lodge all cases and solve customer queries and relevant details in Salesforce
- Follow up on all requests for refund
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of a variety of relevant business systems, proactively troubleshoot and identify potential faults promptly
