Interior Operations Manager

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document the need
• Manage budget to align with the goals of the business
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient operation system to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

• Proven knowledge and experience in Risk Management, Time Management, Communication Management, and Stakeholder Management.
• Working knowledge of Scheduling
• Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google sheets etc.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Candidate must be capable of working in a cross-functional organization and good with coordinating and communicating with various internal functions and departments.
