We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to fill our Franchise Sales Consultant position. This opportunity is for candidates who wish to earn at a level that comes with hard work, dedication and solid selling skills.

• Proven sales record with focus on prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
• Strong rapport building and presentation skills
• Professional presence and demeanor with the ability to travel throughout the region to represent the brand as well as nationally for industry and corporate events
• Previous experience in prospecting (hunting) for new business
• Self-starter, results driven, accountable, professional and collaborative
• Ability to successfully build a sales pipeline, as well as track and report on sales activity and results
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Highly effective in telephone and face-to-face communications
• Team player, able to work collaboratively with peers in field sales and corporate staff

Benefits

$52,000 - $58,000 + commission

We provide a competitive base salary as well as a commission incentive plan. Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
