  • Familiarity with federal, NYS, and NYC agency guidelines and requirements (e.g., FHWA, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYCDEP, NYCDDC, MTA D&C).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, eager to work on city-shaping projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in civil infrastructure design, including roadway and utility design using Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads.
  • PE license in NY or demonstrated progress toward licensure (additional compensation upon completion).
