- Ensure teams training is up to date to support the requirements of the contract and to support the successful completion of the role
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor own work levels, progress and development in the role
- Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure the safeguarding of all service users with the IA accommodation
- Prepare and plan for the extensive travel required as part of this role
- Undertake all core learning and development programmes as required
- Report on the outcome of inspections
- Handle complaints and respond appropriately
- Plan and prioritise property inspections and audits
- Undertake relevant learning according to agreed Personal Development Plan
- Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager
- Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
- Offer guidance and support to your team members to ensure the correct standards and compliance is achieved
- Meet KPO’s within the timeframe given

- Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
- Provide on call cover during peak times or emergencies
- Regular contact with your line manager keeping them updated of any issues that may arise
