The Inside Sales Representative, also called an Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line of contact with telephone and walk‑in customers. The role involves understanding equipment needs, negotiating terms, placing orders, and delivering customer satisfaction with a professional attitude. Strong administrative skills are essential.

Base pay ranges from $21.38 to $25.38 per hour, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience.
