Development Manager (Special Projects)

Description

• Supporting the Battery Box team on pre-construction matters, including wayleaves and discharge of planning conditions.
• Supporting other projects and activities as required across the wider business.
• Negotiating lease extensions and LTA variations across 36 Urban Reserve sites and 4 11kV BESS sites
• Developing new Carbon Capture Ready Urban Reserve projects through to Ready-to-Build status
• Reviewing approximately 100 Battery Box connection applications for commissioned sites and identifying opportunities to recover costs arising from misquoting

Requirements

• Experience negotiating commercial leases, lease extensions and LTA variations, ideally within energy, infrastructure or property-led projects
• Wellbeing tools and resources

• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
