Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with the supply chain to ensure efficient service delivery, processing orders, and resolving complaints promptly. You will also support sales by promoting additional services, maintain accurate CRM records, deliver professional communication via phone and email, and help retain and grow existing accounts.

As an Account Executive you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support while collaborating with our nationwide supply chain to provide seamless solutions. The Account Executive role is based in Preston (PR1) with a full‑time schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm (including a one‑hour lunch). The position offers a salary of £26,676 per annum.
