Description

You will support facilities management, develop client‑specific processes, and ensure compliance with statutory and JLL audit standards. Coordination with vendors, generation of work orders, and liaison with clients are essential parts of the job. You will also oversee preventive maintenance, manage M&E scope, and assist the engineering team with budgets and technical audits.

• Support FM and report daily updates/issues on site.
• Support implementation of short‑ and long‑term client projects.
• Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendor staff and on‑site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate work orders/job cards for service requests, assigning unique reference numbers.
• Liaise with the client and ensure adherence to agreed SOPs and guidelines.
• Follow critical environment processes and EHS policies.
• Manage M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Support engineering team in maintaining budgets for engineering and operational contracts.
• Assist with technical audits of installations at periodic intervals.
• Carry out all maintenance schedules and shutdowns in consultation with clients/OEMs.
• Inspect logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for effective engineering system management.
• Work towards zero downtime, ensuring 100 % equipment availability and proper backups.
• Maintain HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, split, ductable, package, VRV).
• Operate DG sets with changeover systems and manage HT RMU with 11 kV powerhouse.
• Service all MHE equipment and STP‑ETS RO plant operations.
• Perform general electrical maintenance including lighting, power supply, CCTV, access control, and public address systems.
• Manage fire and life protection systems such as alarms, hydrants, and sprinklers.
• Oversee canteen and kitchen equipment, conduct vendor grooming, real‑time service monitoring, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct vendor background checks and process vendor invoices.
• Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity procedures.
• Take weekly and monthly readings for M&E reports covering maintenance contracts, spare‑part consumption, incidents, improvement projects, energy‑management opportunities, risk management, and engineering system audits.

Requirements

The role requires at least a Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering and a Grade‑I Electrical license from the Department of Electrical Inspectorate to operate 11 kV and 440 V systems. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and be able to manage client business needs around the clock. The position is based on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a weekly schedule of 48 hours.
