Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimal production downtime.
Assist in planning and executing machine upgrades, installations, and plant expansions.

Continuously analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Strong knowledge of industrial machines such as wire drawing, annealing, stranding, and extrusion.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis Ability to diagnose complex equipment failures and implement effective solutions. Use of tools like fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, or FMEA.
Equipment Maintenance Expertise Deep understanding of machines like wire drawing, annealing, stranding, extrusion, and coiling units. Skilled in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Instrumentation & Controls Familiarity with hydraulic s/m, CCV/VCV line, extruder corrugation line in manufacturing processes.
CMMS Proficiency Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for logging work orders, managing spares, and tracking equipment history.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Behavioural - Innovative Thinking
Experience in energy management and cost optimization.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Knowledge of scheduling, executing, and improving PM programs. Experience with vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, etc.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.
Safety & Compliance Understanding of machine safety standards, LOTO procedures, and compliance with OSHA or local regulations.
SAP Must have knowledge of SAP PM & MM module.
