The Technical Lead, Building Technology Integration Services is accountable for delivering building technology projects across RioCan. The role collaborates closely with IT, Service Desk, Operations, Sustainability, and Asset Efficiency teams, as well as vendors, partners, and project managers, to support and optimize building network and telecommunications infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include project collaboration, technical implementation, IT policy compliance, technology evaluation, and additional duties such as new office setups and after‑hours support. Travel to site offices is required to fulfill job requirements.
Qualified candidates have at least five years of experience with building network infrastructure, telecommunications, and Building of Things (BoT) technologies, strong technical knowledge, and proven project management and collaboration abilities. Effective communication, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability to evolving technologies are essential.

The base salary range for this role is $104,500 – $127,500, reflecting experience, skills, and education, with eligibility for the company’s bonus program. Compensation does not include additional total‑reward benefits such as health, retirement, and other incentives.
