GIS / CAD / Reality Capture Specialist

We are seeking a GIS / CAD / Reality Capture Specialist to join our team at a leading general contracting firm. In this role, you will support construction projects from design through as-built documentation, integrating geospatial data, Civil 3D, and reality capture workflows to help deliver projects on time and accurately. You will manage geodatabases, process point clouds and UAV/drone data, and integrate GIS with CAD and BIM models to provide actionable information for construction planning and field teams.

Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro / ArcMap / ArcGIS Online and AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
3–5 years of experience in GIS/CAD integration, ideally within construction or civil engineering projects.
Experience with reality capture: UAV/drone mapping, photogrammetry, LiDAR, or point cloud processing.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
Experience with geodatabase schema design, feature classes, subtypes, and domains.
Familiarity with BIM workflows (Revit, Navisworks, InfraWorks) is a plus.
