You have your driver’s license, and you’re ready to move between sites if needed.
You’ve got strong interpersonal skills and enjoy being part of a team. Your curiosity and openness make it easy for you to adapt and integrate quickly.
You hold a master’s degree in civil engineering or construction and have initial experience in roadworks or civil engineering projects, giving you solid site knowledge that will help you integrate effectively on a technical level.
You’re comfortable with the fast pace and direct communication of construction sites, and your can-do attitude helps you face challenges head-on.
You’re comfortable using digital tools, especially Excel, and you can support planning tasks such as updating short-term schedules or reviewing project programs.
You bring an analytical, detail-oriented mindset and feel confident navigating basic contractual procedures and working with different stakeholders.
You speak fluent English and feel confident communicating in any context—on site, in meetings, or day-to-day—and you're excited about the opportunity to live and work in Australia, making the most of everything it has to offer.
You’re looking for a role that mixes fieldwork with project coordination, and you’re eager to get hands-on experience in construction.
