Interfacing with client design team/end user
Developing innovative design solutions for new projects.
Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule
Design of Building services engineering design - lead the preparation of AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations.
Planning resources, measuring and reporting of progress of resources against agreed deliverables
Overseeing HVAC system BIM modelling progress by your team
Estimating resource requirements for projects through the life cycle
Managing people in the execution of the project life cycle
Lead Technical and Safety reviews

Strong design experience of Utilities; including Steam, LPHW, CHW, Ability to work and guide teams is essential
Significant design experience in the pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or Chemical industry.
Degree in Building services or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8)
