The incumbent will plan and deliver tier‑1 global event hospitality—F1, The Masters, US Open, World Cup, etc.—while navigating high‑security, high‑demand environments. They will own the event calendar, define the purpose behind each gathering, and maximize ROI through flagship symposiums and bespoke networking dinners. In addition, they will prepare investor briefs, understand attendee relevance, and facilitate smooth networking.
A “white glove” experience is required, ensuring every touchpoint from invitation to post‑event follow‑up is polished and tailored to a high‑profile PE audience. The role includes sourcing premium vendors, negotiating contracts, managing the event P&L, and making on‑the‑ground decisions. Proactive problem‑solving is essential, with contingency plans ready for venue or VIP schedule changes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic doer who can build decks and move boxes, comfortable interfacing with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and C‑suite executives. They are highly organized, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple complex timelines without checklists. Technical proficiency in event and project‑management tools (Salesforce, Cvent, Airtable, Tableau) is required to report on event ROI.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, or executive relations, with a proven track record of managing ticketed/hospitality events at major sporting or entertainment venues. Strong written communication skills and the ability to travel roughly every other month are also needed. Knowledge of the private‑equity landscape or SaaS investment ecosystem is a bonus.
