Junior Development Manager - Industrial

• Coordinate consultants through planning, design, and approval phases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, consultants, and local authorities.
• Assist with delivery oversight, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Prepare investment papers, internal reporting, and board documentation.
• Support active transactions and contribute to identifying new development opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility modelling, financial analysis, and due diligence on new acquisitions.

This is an outstanding role for an experienced Assistant Development Manager or Junior Development Manager looking to broaden their experience across the full development lifecycle. You’ll be involved in everything from feasibility, acquisitions, and planning through to design, delivery, and tenant handover, working alongside an experienced senior team that values collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in property development, ideally in industrial, logistics, or business park projects (commercial or large-format retail also considered).
• Experience across front-end planning and consultant coordination, with exposure to delivery preferred.
• Strong financial and feasibility modelling skills.
• Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
• Exposure to a robust and growing pipeline of industrial and logistics developments.
