The role establishes, manages, and develops business relationships with complex, high‑visibility commercial and industrial customers across key national accounts. It serves as the single point of contact for a portfolio that generates substantial electric and gas revenue, overseeing electric choice activities, price comparisons, and customer expansion. The incumbent resolves issues by collaborating across the corporation, visits customer sites regularly, and mentors less‑experienced marketing personnel.
Testing Required: Not Applicable. This is a hybrid role with a set schedule of in‑person work at an assigned location; remote work must be performed from the employee’s primary residence unless the Company’s guidelines allow otherwise. The position requires availability for emergency response to storms or other events that impact customer service.
Education and experience can be satisfied through one of three paths: a high school diploma with 11 years of relevant experience; an associate degree with 9 years; or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities/construction management, business or a related field with 7 years of marketing, sales or customer‑facing experience.
