  • Assist with parking payment issues, concerns or technical difficulties when encountered at parking lots
  • Keep vehicle fueled and in a presentable condition
  • Complete allocated vehicle route between parking lots safely within allowed times
  • Assist with additional customer service and parking management duties as directed by supervisor
  • Report any maintenance issues using reporting system for follow up
  • Complete checks of parking lots in allocated time using vehicle cameras and manually report violations of the accessible, bike, or shared space policies etc.

  • Previous experience of working in a role involving vehicle driving would be helpful
  • Must have held a valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
  • Time management & problem-solving skills
  • Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English
  • Experience with using standard IT systems (Word, Excel, Teams etc)
  • Ability to create relationships with customers
  • Ability to report parking violations, maintenance issues etc via company reporting tools
  • Currently holds a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Driving record must meet company standards
  • Previous experience in a customer service role would be desirable
