- Accurately document any calculations/simulations/plan revision and/or changes during the project cycles for visibility to dependent teams and audit purpose
- Work with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client’s well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms for Baker Hughes
- Provide on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution
- Responsible for providing sales support and product application recommendations
- Work together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services have been considered
- Design a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client’s objective(s), maximize revenue potential and ensure future job assignments for Baker Hughes
- Advise on product improvement opportunities for repetitive component/product failures
- Ensure timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university electrical, mechanical or petroleum
- Proficiency in technical software related to ESP selection, simulation, monitoring and optimization
- Demonstrates in-depth technical knowledge of surface skids molding, NON-MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS( NMR) creation and evaluation,
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with clients through professional oral and written presentations.
- In-depth understanding of sustainability principles and their application in product design, deployment, and operational practices.
- Possesses over 10 years of experience in artificial lift systems, with a proven ability to prepare detailed technical reports, service documents, and configuration recommendations.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the reliability and operational aspects of ESP and VSD systems.
- Proven ability to lead in equipment management and forecasting.
- Experienced in leading projects involving surface and subsurface artificial lift equipment.
- Demonstrated extensive expertise in ESP technologies and Artificial Lift solutions, including design, troubleshooting, and technical support...
- Customer-focused professional with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate conditions and recommend optimal Artificial Lift systems.
- Have minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) systems.
