As a Manufacturing Services Engineer you will take responsibility for coordinating, leading and delivering Manufacturing Services organisational service lines at plant level. You will ensure external service provider partnerships are delivered and monitored against business requirements. The facility houses over 1,000 pieces of plant and equipment, a multitude of processes and safety‑critical requirements.
You will coordinate designated aspects of external Service Provider partnerships in line with company standards, support the implementation of Health & Safety standards and may act as Responsible Person or Assistant RP for specific activities. You will administer the business requirements for the functional service lines and understand the IT systems that drive manufacturing services activities. Competence in using digital tools to manage service accountabilities and communicate effectively is essential.
Preferred candidates hold a level 3 engineering or maintenance qualification and have experience in functional support groups. A proven track record of delivering business results, strong negotiation skills and cooperation with external Service Providers are required. Experience in managing and coordinating external Service Providers is also desirable.
