- Provide general administrative support including travel arrangements
- Innovate and improve departmental procedures
- Manage breakdown requests, arrange fitters, and process recharge costs
- Support compliance targets and maintain high service standards
- Process job cards, plant sheet requests, and stock bookings
- Liaise with suppliers and resolve invoice queries
- Raise purchase orders and CAPEX requests
- Coordinate hires, off-hires, and breakdowns of internal plant equipment
- Handle asset disposals and update compliance test regimes
- Generate reports and resolve queries efficiently
