- Contribute to the successful rollout of new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Manage meeting logistics including scheduling, room bookings, slide pack distribution, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Develop a strong grasp of the commercial logic and processes behind our optimisation strategies, with a particular focus on interfaces with Logistics, Biomass Trading, and Operations.
- Work closely with teams across the Group—including [CG1] Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Biomass Trading—to gather key information and support optimal generation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing models and processes and lead the implementation of enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Track progress of ongoing improvements and projects, producing clear and informative data packs for internal use.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Experience with Power BI report development and Power Query[CG2] is a plus. Familiarity with coding languages such as VBA, Python, or SQL is advantageous but not required.
