- Superviser les interventions des sous-traitants spécialisés pour divers travaux préventifs et correctifs;
- Faire la tournée des infrastructures mécaniques, électriques et de plomberie, en plus de répertorier ses actions ;
- Faire les ajustements requis aux différents systèmes CVC (poulies, courroies, boîtes terminales, etc.) afin d'en améliorer le fonctionnement ;
- Optimiser les points de consigne et s'assurer du confort des occupants ;
- Rédiger un rapport journalier des activités (logbook);
- Faire l'entretien périodique, tel que prescrit par les bons de travail émis par le système de gestion de l'entretien préventif du client GMAO;
- Accomplir toute tâche de classe égale ou toute tâche moindre que son supérieur lui assignera.
- Maintenir la propreté des salles mécaniques, électriques et tout autre endroit où il aura à effectuer un travail ;
- Effectuer les réparations mineures lorsque cela est requis ;
- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des systèmes de régulation et contribuer au programme d'efficacité énergétique et environnementale du client;
- Participation aux rencontres avec les membres de l'équipe de gestion immobilière.

- Régler des problèmes de fonctionnement de base (« troubleshooting ») des systèmes HVAC ;
- Nettoyer des serpentins, des échangeurs et des tamis;
- Détenir une licence de mécanicien de machines fixes 4B ou un niveau supérieur;
- Vérification et entretien quotidien des installations électromécaniques de la centrale thermique, incluant le programme de traitement d'eau chimique
- Fiable, dynamique et autonome
- Le technicien pourrait être appelé à effectuer des travaux en hauteur et opérer une nacelle.
- Maîtriser l'utilisation des logiciels de contrôles de bâtiment;
- Capacité d’adaptation et flexibilité .
- Capacité de travailler au sein d’une équipe d’exploitation pour un complexe immobilier d’importance
- Communication orale et écrite en français;
- Vérifier régulièrement les filtres et faire le remplacement si nécessaire ;
- Minimum Deux (2) ans d'expérience comme mécanicien de machines fixes;
- Remplacer le superviseur pendant ses vacances.
