Experience working within professional services.
Proven experience delivering company-wide projects, individually or within a team.
Strong experience in a HR / People Business Partner or similar role.
Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging HR best practice.
Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience supporting a workforce spanning multiple professional disciplines.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
