Business development tasks cover identifying new opportunities, soliciting clients, leading the sales process, preparing proposals, negotiating fees, and collaborating with other principals to cross‑sell services and expand the firm’s portfolio.
Staff development duties include mentoring, conducting performance reviews, managing onboarding and off‑boarding, overseeing workload and expense approvals, recruiting strategic hires, and supporting career path development for project managers and other staff.
