Description

The manager will implement OSHA‑compliant safety policies, monitor the safety management system against Structure Tone performance standards, and lead the safety team. They will design and deliver training on site safety, fire prevention, and hazardous material handling, and conduct inspections to identify and correct hazards.

Additional duties include establishing incident‑alert processes, participating in investigations, preparing regulatory accident reports, and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual safety performance reports. The manager will regularly meet with safety personnel, present performance updates to senior leadership, and coordinate with the Corporate Safety Director.

• Inspect facilities to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Establish rapid incident‑alert processes and participate in investigations.
• Compile and submit regulatory accident reports.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual safety performance reports.
• Analyze incident trends and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct regular meetings with safety staff to review function management.
• Report safety performance to business unit management meetings.
• Coordinate safety initiatives with the Corporate Safety Director.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience, possess 10–20 years of construction experience, and have OSHA 30‑hour certification. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $180,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.
