- Support in developing standard operating procedures related to order management and material handling.
- Support data entry and reporting tasks related to inventory, part readiness, and order execution.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve visibility and communication across the fulfillment process.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator – Builds strong working relationships with sourcing, engineering, finance, logistics, and IT to drive alignment and execution.
- Detail-Oriented – Carefully tracks part status, inventory records, and system updates to prevent delays or errors in fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of part locations and expected delivery timelines in dashboards and tracking tools.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and identify potential improvements.
- Lead daily tracking of part availability and communicate status updates to the overhaul shops and customers.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making on part prioritization and allocation.
- Assist in resolving part-related issues by escalating concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor and update part order statuses in Oracle.

- Eager to Learn – Open to feedback and motivated to grow skills in supply chain, logistics, and operations systems (like Oracle or SAP).
