The Leasing Representative coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The role involves all leasing activities, from greeting prospects and conducting tours to processing applications, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move‑ins. It also includes ongoing resident satisfaction efforts and managing lease renewals.
The position requires physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance) while working in all weather conditions. Flexible scheduling is essential, with occasional evening, weekend, holiday “call” duties and possible travel to support other properties or attend training.
Compensation is hourly, ranging from $18.91 to $20.91, with variations based on experience, location, and business needs. Employees may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs, depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite.
