Rental Coordinator

Description

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
• Build relationships with contractors and construction principals to expand the customer base
• Educate customers on cost‑saving and efficiency benefits of EquipmentShare solutions
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Keep customers informed about new services and improvements
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve experience
• Provide monthly family dinner events for employees and their families (subject to restrictions)
• Host company events, food‑truck nights, and monthly team dinners
• Supply access to industry‑leading diagnostic tools
• Listen actively to solve customer problems
• Build, nurture, and maintain customer relationships throughout the rental process

Requirements

The role requires strong listening skills, a passion for solving customer problems, and the ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the rental process. Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, adaptability to a fast‑growing environment, and a commitment to staying educated on EquipmentShare products are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum education requirement.
