Manage all documents for all projects in the project management system running parallel to client's document control software.
Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.
Assist project manager with meeting minutes, project status update entries, and payment, change order, RFI, and submittal logs.
Assist project manager in the processing of payment requests, change orders, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Establish and maintain a project document filing system in accordance with established client procedures.
Exercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe.
Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients.
Establish and maintain hard file systems.
Assist project managers in the preparation of change orders, notices to proceed, requests for quotation, and other general correspondence.
Prepare reports in accordance with established client procedures and forms.
Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression.
Document Controller maintains all logs.
Enter and track Submittals, RFI's, pending change order, change orders, and invoices that were reviewed and/or prepared by Cost Control Manager and Project Managers.
