- Collaborate with the analyst team to conduct financial analysis, including cash flow forecasting, hold/sell scenarios, and valuation assessments.
- Coordinate capital events including refinancing, recapitalizations, and joint venture structuring.
- Partner with leasing teams to develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with market conditions and asset investment goals.
- Ensure compliance with lender, investor, and company requirements, including CapEx tracking and insurance obligations.
- Collaborate with property managers to develop and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Participate in design and development reviews to ensure space flexibility and long-term viability.
- Analyze operating and financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support acquisition and disposition efforts through due diligence, underwriting, and transaction execution.
- Maintain documentation for audits, draw requests, and settlement reconciliations.
- Review and advise on leases, exhibits, buildout plans, and tenant improvement scopes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors and senior management. Maintain critical dates and required deliverables.
- Drive performance and value creation across a portfolio of mixed-use assets through strategic oversight and operational improvements.
- Oversee all lease negotiations: new, expansion and renewal (unless otherwise specified). Work with legal to draft, review and finalize leases and amendments.
- Monitor and report on asset-level and portfolio-level performance metrics to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; software competency with Microsoft Excel.
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, preferably with retail or mixed-use properties.
- Familiarity with capital markets and transaction purchase/sale/loan transactions.
