Construction Superintendent

• Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Manage day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and remodel projects across the big box retail, grocery, and fitness sectors. This role requires strong leadership, field management, and scheduling skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Proven background managing big box, grocery, or fitness projects
• Strong understanding of ground-up and interior build-out processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
