Description

Ensure operators meet competency requirements
Promote stop-work authority and strong safety culture
Use PI and process data to monitor performance and identify trends
Coordinate with Maintenance on daily priorities
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Training & Competency
Directly supervise approximately 8 operations personnel
Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance discussions
Act as escalation point during upsets or trips Personnel Management
Oversee shift handovers, safety meetings, and daily operational priorities
Lead daily LNG plant operations and ensure safe, compliant, and reliable performance
Support audits and regulatory compliance
Support continuous skills development Maintenance & Reliability Interface
Support LOTO and equipment preparation
Manage shift schedules, overtime, and timecard approvals
Review operator rounds and logs; investigate abnormal conditions
Oversee operator onboarding, training, and qualification
Enforce SOPs, permits, and safe work practices
Reduce reactive maintenance through improved operating discipline

Experience with PI System or similar tools
Leadership experience in industrial operations
Maintain knowledge of LNG systems including pretreatment, liquefaction, BOG, storage, and loadout
Knowledge of process systems and controls
Experience with scheduling and timecard management
Availability for off-hours support as needed
Experience in LNG, gas processing, or cryogenic operations
