A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to take the next step in their career, joining a supportive and collaborative team within a well-established and growing multidisciplinary consultancy.
- Experienced in both project management & professional services
- MRICS (or close to achieving)
- Strong defect diagnosis & report writing skills
- Insurance repair project experience (advantageous)
- Good understanding of regulations (CDM, Party Wall, Building Regs)
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
