What you would be doing

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key project delivery stakeholders including landowners, Solicitors, Govt or Local Council Planners & community interest groups etc.
  • You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the company's Solar & BESS Portfolio
  • Assess, appoint, instruct and project manage internal resources & key consultants to successfully develop Solar, BESS & Onshore Wind projects through to RTB (e.g planning, legal, communications);
  • To ensure tasks get done, on time, with the correct quality of detailed content.
  • Lead from the front within Community Engagement, hearing concerns and convincingly explaining realities;
  • Reporting to management team on a monthly basis as regards project delivery progress, DEVEX and Risks.
  • To lead by example utilising Project Management tools (Monday, MS Project etc) to document, coordinate & communicate tasks with delivery deadlines.

  • Possess a deep, 1st hand insight into the complexities of utility scale solar development, earned over a minimum of 3 years of experience in utility-scale Renewable Energy development project management
  • You will be detail oriented, be a charismatic team leader and stickler for following up that task are properly completed
  • You’ll be skilled with MS Office and confident in presenting project progress to an experienced management team.
  • Be a thoroughly organised, self-motivated, team-player, have motivational communication skills and exhibit a detailed, structured way of working.
  • Will be educated with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related topic
  • Have an astute commercial awareness of how, development choices, design decisions and equipment specifications can affect the value of a project.
