The role of Project Lead – Data Centre (Associate level) focuses on executing complex, industry‑changing projects with agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging JLL’s national platform, the manager will drive operational excellence, manage construction from start to finish, and meet client goals through strong financial acumen.

- Prepare RFPs, manage vendor and contractor selection processes.
- Facilitate critical project meetings and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and critical path items.
- Manage vendor and team compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks through systematic review processes.
- Contribute to refining JLL best‑practice standards.
- Ensure accounts receivable stay within planned working capital limits.

- 15+ years of construction project‑management experience.
- Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, and data‑centre construction.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and analytical skills in fast‑paced environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling/budget software, Clarizen, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship‑management, and integrity in client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
