Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in reliability or maintenance engineering.
Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Mechanical Integrity programs within a Process Safety Management (PSM) environment preferred.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and failure mode identification techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCA).
Experience with nondestructive testing methods (e.g., ultrasonic, radiography), lubrication analysis, vibration monitoring, and infrared thermography.
