

Delivers repairs, maintenance, retrofit and capital works for social housing landlords across England.
* Organise and review works schedules, including resources, materials and supply chain requirements
* Plan cost effective use of resources and forecast resource requirements in line with budget and projected works
* Engage and develop excellent relationships with supply chain, client representatives and consultants.
* Identify risk and put in place appropriate contingency planning
* Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
* Establish standards of quality on site and ensure delivery of a build in accordance with the specification and project requirements * Follow procedures to mitigate risks of complaints when working in or around occupied premises.
* Ensure resources are adequate and competency of the team for the works involved
* Securing strong relationships with the client to ensure the potential for follow on works
* Communicate effectively with clients, project team and contractors.
* Monitor work to agreed preliminaries budget.
* Temporary works experience would be advantageous
* Proven ability to work to and develop operating procedures.
* Experience of working on Refurbishment programmes
* To be commercially aware, comfortable working alongside the commercial team, confident in challenging others and ensuring programme deadlines are achieved.
* Experience of working on Retrofit projects
* Minimum level 4 qualification (NVQ4 or HNC)
* A valid CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate
* Role Appropriate CSCS card
* Demonstrable Construction Project Management
* Experience of working for a social housing client

This role involves working with a large social housing provider on retrofit projects. The overall objective of the Project Manager will be to organise and manage the delivery of multiple projects in-line with the contract requirement.
* Comfortable producing progress updates for the client in preparation for client meetings & internal reviews.
* Ability to read interpret and understand programmes, drawings, schedules and specifications
* Full working knowledge of H&S and Environmental legislation including but not restricted to the CDM regulations
* Experience of overseeing multiple projects with a number of Site, assistant site managers, CLO's reporting to you.
* First Aid at work certificate
* Social Housing experience
