Tasks

-Drafting Letters of Intent (LOI’s). -Preparing written presentations for corporate review. -Assess ongoing Inventory needs. -Conducting Contract Negotiations. -Analysis of Land Acquisition and Development Proformas for Senior Leadership review.

What You Bring

-A college degree is required along with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing budgets and Broker / Seller relationships. -Extensive communication with Finance, Sales and Construction departments. -Candidates must have excellent MS Excel skills and the ability to write and communicate at a very high level. -Candidates with documented Land Acquisition experience in the Colorado market are highly preferred. -Experience in Land Acquisition, Land Development, Land Brokering or Land Sales is required.
